The Maccabbi VAC futsal team was invited this past December to Gabor Zavadszky’s annual event of remembrance. During the first round, the team made 3rd place. The tournaments were won by many athletes and active NB1 players, as well as MTK professionals. The players had an amazing time playing against MTK veterans, among them being Tivadar Farkashazy. In addition, they witnessed games including Krisztian Nemeth and Peter Cvitkovics.
The most inspiring and saddening moment was the remembrance of Gabor Zavadszky’s father.
It has been promised this year the event will happen without disruption, where we strive to include new games and better results.
