On 19th January 2014 Maccabi VAC organized the Maccabi Futsal Cup for the third time.
Many teams applied for the Cup this year. 8 male teams registered on behalf of different Jewish organizations.
The kick-off was done by a ninety-year old member from our community. Then our rabbi gave an opening speech and spoke about the upcoming holiday, Tu Bishvat.
The teams gladly tasted the Hungarian-Jewish dessert specialty, the Flódni.
The Israeli Cultural Institute and the Balint Jewish Community Center were our partners in the event.
